Our Charity Was Scammed By Steve Williams of Integrity Pro Cleaning LLC in Florida as he Promised to Help

My heart aches to inform you that the charity I founded in June 2008 at age 21 was scammed just before Christmas by a Steve Williams with a registered business in Florida according to www.sunbiz.org called Integrity Pro Cleaning LLC. He first reached out to me on Linked-In, saying that he was able to fund the business that we setup in Florida that supports our charity.

I quickly did some due diligence on the internet, across facebook, made a few calls and found out that this man was someone real and apart of a church. He honestly stole my heart with all his emails and this is the first time in all my life that a SCAMMER caught me.

I still have ALL of his emails and written lies and promises on record today. It was remiss of me to tape our phone conversations where he stated that he was apart of his church's board. Both on phone and in email, he mentioned that his business was operating in 10 states and according to one of his websites / social media company pages, he claimed that he was making 5M - 10M per year. (I later learned that he operates a small cleaning business in the Fort Lauderdale Area and some of our ministry friends sees him around)

When Mr. Williams contacted me and presented how he can help our Charity Business, I quickly concluded that God had sent an accredited investor to help our ministry as we were to celebrate 5 years in 2013 all throughout the year. I continued to thank Mr. Williams and as he quickly sent over a contract which stated that we could receive funding within 3 - 5 days once we send an advance fee, our team researched him again and decided to do so especially because he was apart of a Church that we knew having listened to the God-Called, Blessed Inspirational Pastors for years and he said he was on the church's board. That solidified our trust.

Being all confident, we took up a considerable amount of our Charity's Fundraising Monies and wired off in two transactions to Mr. Williams. To make a long story short, it has gone for two months now where he has stopped responding. Both him and his wife have disconnected their phones.

He is reported to the Lauderhill Police Station under Case #: 13011308. He is reported to the FBI Internet Crime Centre under Complaint Id: I1301191804359052  and to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation under complaint #: 40350.

After we noticed that we were scammed, we reached out to Mr. William's Pastor and Friends to try to get him to return the monies to no avail. We know for sure that they did try. Mr. Williams, a professional liar and white collar criminal has been telling folks that he offered our Charity Services that we didn't want to pay for. Mr. William's SCAM has hurt our ministry tremendously. Since his loan was promised before Christmas and we sent our small charity's monies that ourselves and the children worked so hard to raise since we had high hopes it would be returned before Christmas, we barely could have given the many children, youth and adults that we serve any Christmas Gifts. We could not have given any Food Hampers to the needy during the season.

Mr. Williams Scam, has delayed the opening of our First Victory Centre Church - www.thevictorycentre.com in St. Kitts which was scheduled for January 7th with a Crusade to start off the year.

God has allowed us to accomplish so much in short years. At 26, I have gone through many good times and bad. I have faced many struggles, especially having started my first business at age 13 printing t-shirts with my mother's hand iron and growing the idea bigger.

We believe that everything happens for a reason though and we will only know WHY when we get over to heaven. Our Caribbean Charity Was Robbed By A Registered Business White Collar Criminal in FLorida - and we need your HELP URGENTLY to survive - True

Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ!

 

I trust this letter finds you in high spirits! Our Charity needs your URGENT  HELP! In December 2012, a Steve Williams of Integrity Pro Cleaning LLC registered on www.sunbiz.org reached out to me FIRST - via linked-in and said that he could provide funding for the small business that we opened in Florida to raise funds for our Charity which I started in 2008 in the Caribbean Island of St. Kitts at age 21.

 

Having done my due diligence, recognizing that he had a registered company, had facebook profiles, was well advertised all around the internet, was apart of a popular church in Florida and gave us the impression that he was operating in 10 states, making 5M - 10M per year (displayed on one of his sites) and was an accredited investor, we agreed to send him a Loan Processing Fee which he requested and which was practically ALL our charities fundraising monies.

 

I was happy - real happy that God had provided a way for us to do more as we were about to CELEBRATE 5 years of Ministry in 2013 and Steve Williams really won my heart over. (LITTLE  DID  I  KNOW  HE  WAS  A  PROFESSIONAL  CONARTIST)

 

For our assurance, he did a proper contract and we signed off and wired the requested funds just before Christmas since he promised, according to his contract to give us the loan within 3 - 5 business days. Having received the funds and waited well into the new year, he didn't wire us any funds and kept emailing us lies and stopped answering his phone. We started reaching out to his facebook friends to put some pressure on and also used the internet and linked in to let folks know what had happened and then we found out that he was seemingly into the SCAMMING  BUSINESS  FULLTIME - scamming folks around the world, outside his Country and threatening to sue them US$50,000 if they spoke about it.

 

I have all his emails, lies, contracts etc and decided that I wasn't going to leave it there. (You can request a copy if you want). Thus, I reported him to the Lauderhill Police Station, The FBI Internet Crime Complaint Centre and The Florida OFFICE of Financial Regulation who are all conducting investigations.

 

I even reached out to his Pastor, who confirmed that he wasn't apart of his church board as he had initially said, but confirmed that he was a member for the past 5 - 6 years. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me and I would leave it if it were a small amount of cash.

 

He really caught me off guard and spoiled Christmas for dozens of children who we give gifts too and elderly who we bless. We actually had planned an Africa Charity Visit to help our new ministries over there in Kenya - www.daretobedifferentkenya.com and Ghana - www.daretobedifferentghana.com but Steve Williams has dashed hope.

 

Some of the Funds was to be used to open the first Victory Centre - www.thevictorycentre.com in St. Kitts, but thanks to Steve Williams - he has affected EVERYTHING.

 

We are not giving up though - we are trusting God and using the Internet to Warn the world and reach out for any little help you can give. Having reached out for weeks to your Florida Authorities without any response, communication or update, I have to write to you sir and make this case public so as to not only help myself, but also others and suggest to you another cause of the rise in GUN  CRIMES in your nation.

Firstly, I want to make it clear that there are Fraudsters with a registered business in Lauderhill, Florida that are reaching out to Individiuals in the USA and Internationally via social media, pretending to be ACCREDITED  INVESTORS /  LOAN  BROKERS  and Scamming persons by charging an advance fee for a loan. (This is a FELONY IN FLORIDA  AND  IT  WAS  REPORTED)

They claim to be astute Christians and through phone conversations, they state that they are board members of the church they are affiliated with, which is quite a reputable organization in Florida and this causes people to trust them.  (The Pastor Confirmed that they are members, but in no way board members having reached out to him with regards to the situation)

Dear Mr. President, I was caught by Steven and Kelly Williams of Integrity Pro Cleaning LLC - registed on www.sunbiz.org . I was scammed by them and even after their threat to sue me for US$50,000 if I talk about it, I refuse to be silent about it. On this Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Day 2013, I must remind The Williams and the world of one of his famous quotes. Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter. Martin Luther King Jr.

How dare they SCAM  a  Pastor? A Charity Founder? A Journalist? And then tell him not to talk? I am a very careful businessman who stated my first enterprise in St. Kitts - Nevis at age 13 printing T-shirts with my mother's hand iron and grew it into www.khrystuswallace.com now I am age 26, and this is the first time I was ever caught like that. The Williams Did  a GREAT  JOB  at getting to fool me. I must commend them highly. As I celebrate 10 years in business this year, NO  ONE  EVER  GOT  THROUGH  TO  ME.

After DUE  DILIGENCE - Who wouldn't trust them? They run a Registered Business on www.sunbiz.org called Integrity Pro Cleaning LLC. They have facebook pages opened and advertise all over the internet. Their Linked In Profiles Suggest that Mr. Steve Williams worked for CITIBANK. Who wouldn't trust them Mr. President?

After MR. Steven Williams emailed me through LINKED-IN  FIRST,  (I never reached out to them) and from his communications, he really stole my heart as I NEVER PAY UPFRONT  FEES.  After being SCAMMED via Linked-In, as an Investigative Journalist, I started reaching out to others to see if they too were ever scammed or contacted by Steven Williams. CHA CHING - Many people were - but some were wiser than me. Some I guess keep quier because Mr. Williams threatens to SUE  THEM. Some would never talk out due to the fear of becoming a VICTIM. The Williams, from talking to their friends I found on Facebook, seem to be very RESPECTABLE people in the Fort Lauderdale area and this has shocked many. WHITE  COLLAR  CRIMINALS  ARE  ON  THE  RISE  MR.  PRESIDENT and making POOR  PEOPLE  LIKE  ME - VICTIMS. I am just one out of the many to talk up.

Mr. President - I tried to keep this matter on a DOWN-LOW, since they claim to be Christians as I thought something just went bad and said just send back my money. They stopped responding to my calls, my emails etc. I used Facebook to reach out to their friends and church members. They started telling them that they provided service to me and I didn't want to pay. What CLEANING  SERVICE  can  they provide to a Caribbean Pastor and Charity?

Their service was to provide us a Loan to help advance our business that supports the charity so we can do more as we celebrate 5 years in ministry this 2013.

They still haven't returned the monies that were sent before Christmas. We took most of our fundraising and sent to them since they promised a loan between 3 - 5 days or the contract would be void. (Email information@kwforchrist.com to see the contract and ALL of Mr. Willaims and his Wives Emails)

They caused dozens of children to miss out on a Christmas Gift. They caused dozens of needy adults to miss out on their annual food hamper and they don't seem to care.

Since The Lauderhill Police Station seems to be very tardy in dealing with this international case - I decided to write to you sir to draw this to your attention. Sir, In closing, may I suggest to you, that this could be ANOTHER one of the reasons why there are so many GUN  CRIMES  IN  THE  USA. If this were to happen to someone else overseas or even in the USA who wasn't a Pastor or Christian, With the PLAY AND GAME AND SCARED tactics that the WILLIAMS tried to use on me to be quiet, someone else would have probably gone to them and SHOT  THEM  AND  THEIR  ENTIRE  FAMILY  in anger.

I know this isn't the only case that your FLORIDA  OFFICERS  have to deal with. Point Taken, but having been sending emails, seeing them read and not even a response or call ISN"T  GOOD  AT  ALL.

I belong to Christ. I am his representative, so I wouldn't turn to a gun crime.

Could it be that many of the USA YOUTH and citizens are turning to GUN  CRIMES  BECAUSE  YOUR  OFFICERS  are tardy Mr. President?  I once heard of a story of a gentleman who kept calling the police to complain of an intruder in his yard. He did it for days upon days and they said that they would come and investigate it but it wasn't an emergency. One day, the gentleman decided to call with a LIE. He called and said, "Do you remember the intruder that I kept calling you about? Don't bother to come, I just shot him." The story said that many police cars and ambulances came with Armed Police and they caught the intruder.

Maybe Mr. President - People are tired of LAW  ENFORCEMENT and taking matters into their own hands. So, I want you to know that I follow everything you say and do on the news because I like politics. Your Unilateral decision was good the other day with new Gun Policies, BUT - THERE  IS  A  BUT, that would not stop people from RETALIATING. They would find some other way because, LIKE  ME - People are ANGRY. Probably, you should deal with your POLICE  OFFICERS - provide more training. Let me travel around the USA with my story because I am a registered MOTIVATIONAL  SPEAKER  AND WRITER. You MUST show officers that at a critical time now in history - they cannot afford to be TARDY when people NEED HELP.


How Foolhardy can The Williams be Mr. President? After I notice that I was scammed, I simply logged on to their facebook pages and saved ALL their pictures and family pictures and names of their friends. What if I were a CRIMINAL ? What would I then do in anger?

Could this be one of the reasons why GUN  CRIMES  ARE  ON  THE  RISE?  Could it be that The Williams SCAMMED  ONE  OF  THE  YOUTHS  THAT  RECENTLY  KILLED  and since they turned the youths crazy - they struck?  I am a Pastor, a counsellor, I have dealt with cases where I encouraged youths NOT  TO  TURN  TO  GUN  CRIMES but to Christ. I personally dealt with several cases like this in ministry as a young 26 year old pastor. I never let it reach to authorities.

How can the USA be allowing FRAUDSTERS  TO  OPERATE  BUSINESSES  and  HAVE  REGISTERED  BANK  ACCOUNTS at  BANKS  SUCH  AS  BANK  OF  AMERICA?  This doesn't taste very good at all.

I am totally ASHAMED of The Williams. They are BLACK  PEOPLE - like you and I and they are making Dr. Martin Luther King Jr turn in his grave on this his Memorial Day 2013 because he fought long and hard for us as BLACKS to rise and be considered PEOPLE in SOCIETY and STEVEN  AND  KELLY  WILLIAMS  are giving us a bad name.

Mr. President, this certainly will not stop me from praying and searching for Outside the Box Capital and Accredited Investors or Angel Investors to help me with my many dreams and ideas that I already have in several Executive Summaries. The Williams have only made me stronger and more aware and given me another JOB  IN  MINISTRY  to teach my following about FRAUD and share their case with the world.

I do believe that there are STILL  HONEST  PEOPLE  IN  AMERICA  and around the world. It is so Sad that Steve and Kelly Williams are helping to make it so hard and complex for SOCIAL  MEDIA.

I do hope that you can help our CHARITY get back its money Mr. President and also bring Justice to these SCAMMERS  who  have joined a REPUTABLE  CHURCH for the sake of making themselves look good and in order to SCAM  INTERNATIONALS.

Mr. President - May I note here though, that The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force that I have known for years would have never let such a case hang for so many weeks without a response.

Fraudsters are like SHEEP in WOLVES clothing

Like good things in life, there are always bad things and bad people that pop up to turn a good thing bad. I want us all to note well from the beginning of this article - BEWARE  OF  FRAUDSTERS - THEY  ARE  LIKE  SHEEP  IN  WOLVES  CLOTHING.

They come to you in the form of so called friends, facebook associates, office clerk and like me - LINKED-IN  CONNECTEES.

They present some real good offers and unbelievable too and their catch is usually that they are the most kind, love-a-ble, helpful people on earth. They stay communicating with you before and during the offer until they get to swindle you out of your hard earned money or goods and then some you never hear from again, while others play like they have customer service in a Big Reputable Company when all they have is a Sprint Cell Phone in a little office with some friends answering it to make it sound like a very big office.

Some scammers are daring. They send you threats to try and hush you up and never waste their money calling you. After all, they have your money right?

FOLLOW   THEM!

Always remember, if you are lucky to  get scammed from people who register their businesses with the state and have operating bank accounts in reputable banks, you stand a much better chance indeed of catching the culprits. Contact their or your local state police, contact InterPol - International Police, Contact the FBI. In the earlies, do everything to expose them to get back your hard earned money. Consult legal luminaries to help you, they will love cases like that because if the registered culprit is caught, they can be ordered to pay 1000s of dollars and maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation to you, the state, financial regulators and their companies and pictures can be posted all around the internet to warn others. Sometimes their linked-in and facebook and twitter accounts can be banned depending if it is really pushed far.

Always remember - Fraudsters love to use DELAY TACTICS.

Registered Fraudsters running businesses really don't understand the type of trouble they can get their employees into because everyone apart of such organizations will become the highlight of investigations. Their office clerk, their accountants, etc

Remember, most of Bernie Madoffs victims never got back their monies, so before you end up a SCAM  VICTIM, do your research well. I can't even say that now, because if I can set up a great website in 1 hour and build a reputation across the internet in 3 days, there must probably be more scammers in the world than honest people.
